    Hi Nicko, I am a botanist and have an great interest in natural flowers. This is a fantastic specimen. Is this a natural variant or a bred hybrid? Where did you see it? If you have more photos of this kind please put them on Printerest.

    Thanks for the kinds words and for reaching out! I observed this flower at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (mainegardens.org) and I’m not sure about the variant details. Perhaps the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens will know more.
